Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Windows 8 and Apple IPad

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Windows 8 and Apple IPad

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is set to be released in the fall of 2013, and includes a whole new layout including metro themes, business process flows, changes to the email router, inline workflows, integration with Yammer, Bing maps, and a nice image attribute so you can add logos to accounts for example.

Not only that but a huge push for mobile platforms (Windows Phone 8, Apple and Android) and better cross browser support. With the new CRM 2013 users can enjoy a seamless application experience on any size device and will really help field agents and open up a new dynamic of how people do business.  A new feature that will be included is the ability to auto save records and also add additional steps in your sales flow.

Now to come back on track, you can download the Windows 8 CRM 2013 application from the Windows App store (http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/en-us/app/microsoft-dynamics-crm/93772212-7b72-4aee-bc4e-b1adb7712ebe) or for Apple IPad from the Apple store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-dynamics-crm/id678800460?mt=8#!)

I have yet to compare the feature set and ease of use to other mobile applications for CRM, products like RESCO (http://www.resco.net/) and CWR Mobility (http://www.cwrmobility.com/)
