Creating a new Git project using Microsoft Team Foundation Services

To create a new Git project using Microsoft Team Foundation services is very easy, all that is required is Visual Studio 2012 Update 2 and a Team Foundation Services account.

Creating a new Git Project

Create a new Git Project

Select New team project + Git

Create new Team Project

Provide your project with a name, description and select Git as your version control.

Team Foundation Service Git Project Progress

Team Foundation will now create a new Git version control project.

Team Foundation Service Git Project Completed

After completion, click on Navigate to project

Team Foundation Service Workspace

You are now ready to use your newly created workspace.
